Terms and conditions

These terms apply to ice supplied and freezer trailers hired by WA2Go Pty Ltd trading as Swan Ice ("Swan Ice", "we", "us"). By placing an order, opening a trade account or using this website you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our online order forms or by calling 08 9581 1293. An order is accepted once our team confirms it with you.
  • Please give at least 3 business days' notice for delivered orders.
  • Prices are confirmed at the time of order and include GST unless stated otherwise.

2. Delivery and collection

  • Free delivery is available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) only.
  • Delivery is free across the Peel region for orders over $160 inc GST. Orders under $160 attract a $100 flat delivery fee.
  • Free collection is available from 4267 S Western Hwy, North Dandalup WA 6207 by arrangement.
  • Ice is a perishable product. Once delivered or collected, it is the customer's responsibility to store it frozen.

3. Trade accounts and payment

  • Trade accounts are subject to an approved Credit Application.
  • All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Any claims arising from an invoice must be made within 7 working days of receiving it.
  • Overdue amounts will result in supply being stopped. The account must be paid in full before further deliveries are made.

4. Freezer trailer hire

  • All hires require a signed Freezer Trailer Hire Application and Agreement, which sets out the hire period, charges and the hirer's responsibilities.
  • The Trailer Ice Package is required with every trailer hire. Ice is charged separately from the trailer.
  • The trailer is cable braked (2000kg) with a round 7 pin plug. The towing vehicle must be rated and fitted to tow it.
